Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, offsites, and company events
  • Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
